THIS UNIVERSITY BANKING SERVICES AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is effective as of the 1st day of October, 2021, (“Effective Date”), and entered into by and between Palm Beach State College, an institution of higher education organized and operated under the laws of the State of Florida, having offices at 4200 Congress Avenue, MS# 11.5, Lake Worth, Florida 33461 (“College”) and PNC Bank, National Association, a national banking association, with its principal office at One PNC Plaza, 300 Fifth Avenue, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania 15222 ("PNC Bank").
