FiledNovember 26th, 2019These LiveSafe Software-as-a-Service Terms (these “LiveSafe Terms”) are binding on each customer of Universal Protection Service, LP, a California limited partnership d/b/a Allied Universal Security Services (“Allied Universal”) who has signed a security services agreement (the “Agreement”) with Allied Universal (“Client”). These LiveSafe Terms (together with the Agreement more generally) and LiveSafe Inc.’s Terms of Use (found at http://www.livesafemobile.com/app-terms-of-use/) and Privacy Policy (found at https://www.livesafemobile.com/application-privacy-policy/) govern those certain services, pertaining to the LiveSafe smartphone mobile safety application which may include all or some of the LiveSafe mobile and LiveSafe portal components (collectively, the “LiveSafe Services”).
