This Contract is entered into by the South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control and Seneca Realty, Inc, Aegean Partner, LLC, DH Holdings Corporation, Jacobs Chuck Manufacturing Company, LLC, and NMTC, Inc. pursuant to the Brownfields/Voluntary Cleanup Program, S.C. Code Ann. §§ 44-56-710 through 760, as amended, the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act (CERCLA), 42 U.S.C. §§ 9601 to 9675, as amended, and the South Carolina Hazardous Waste Management Act (HWMA), S.C.
