THIS SERVICES AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is entered into as of September 1, 2020 (the “Effective Date”) by and between the CITY OF SUMNER, a State of Washington municipal corporation (the “City” or “Sumner”), and SKG, LLC, d/b/a “The Old Cannery,” a Washington limited liability company (“The Old Cannery”). The City and The Old Cannery are referred to in this Agreement individually as a “Party” and, collectively, as the “Parties”.
