For the purpose of this agreement (the “Agreement”), “Client” shall mean the Smart Works client, referred by the Referral Agency. “Appointment” shall mean a Smart Works ‘Job-Help Career Coaching’ session, or a ‘First Dressing and Interview Preparation’ session, or an ‘Employment Dressing’ session.
