In consideration of CITYLINE SECURITIES LIMITED (the “Broker”) of Unit No. 2101, 21/F, 68 Yee Wo Street, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong, is an Exchange Participant of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited and a Licensed Corporation (CE No.: BNB391) licensed with the Securities and Futures Commission in respect of carrying on the regulated activities of dealing in securities, agreeing to allow the Client identified in the Client Information Statement to open one or more accounts with the Broker and providing services to the Client in connection with cash securities trading without margin financing facilities, the Client hereby agrees that all Transactions executed by the Broker for any Account shall be subject to the Client Agreement as amended from time to time and notified to the Client. The Broker's current provisions of the Cash Client Agreement are hereinafter set out:

In consideration of NORTH BETA INTERNATIONAL SECURITIES LIMITED (the “Broker”) of 18/F, LEE GARDEN SIX, 111 LEIGHTON ROAD, CAUSEWAY BAY, HONG KONG (an Exchange Participant of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited and a Licensed Corporation (CE No. ARR717) licensed with the Securities and Futures Commission in respect of carrying on the regulated activities of dealing in securities) agreeing to allow the Client identified in the Client Information Form to open one or more accounts with the Broker and providing services to the Client in connection with securities trading, the Client HEREBY AGREES that all Transactions executed by the Broker for any Account shall be subject to the Client Master Agreement (including without limitation the General Terms and Conditions and the Additional Terms applicable to the services provided by the Broker) as amended from time to time and notified to the Client.
