This Float Care Software Subscription Agreement (“Agreement”) is made effective and valid as of the date day of , 20 (the “Effective Date”) between Float Care, Inc. (“Float Care”) and (“Customer”). For the purposes of this Agreement, Customer shall also include subsidiaries or other business entities for which the signing entity exercises operational control and they will be deemed to be parties to the Agreement.
