The Texas Facilities Commission (hereinafter referred to as “TFC”), a state agency located at 1711 San Jacinto Boulevard, Austin, Texas 78701 and Air Relief Technologies, Inc., dba Tex- Air Filters (hereinafter referred to as “Contractor”), located at 2209 Rutland Drive, Suite A150, Austin, Texas 78758, enter into the following contract for heating air-conditioning and ventilation (HVAC) air filter changing services (hereinafter referred to as the “Contract”) pursuant to Tex. Gov’t Code Ch. 2156 Subchapter C, and with Tex. Gov’t Code §§ 2165.001 and 2165.056 (c).
