The following sets forth the agreement ("Agreement") between Rachel Farnsworth (“Licensor”) and Cloud Tiger Media, Inc. ("Licensee") for the use, upload, and distribution of “Why My Grey Hairs Make Me Happy” (“Content”) on Licensee’s Facebook pages (“Facebook.com/Upworthy and Facebook.com/UpworthyVideo”) as of November 29, 2016 (“Effective Date”). In exchange for credit and for other good and valuable consideration, the Licensor and Licensee (collectively, the “Parties” and each the “Party”) agree as follows:
