THIS MANAGEMENT SERVICES AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is entered into as of this day of April 2015 by and between Avanti Hospitals, LLC, a Nevada limited liability company (“Avanti”) and Paladin-Avanti Management, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Manager”). Avanti and Manager are sometimes referred to herein individually as a “Party” or collectively as the “Parties.”
