Of the one part the UNIVERSITAT POLITÈCNICA DE VALÈNCIA (hereinafter UPV) with CTC number Q4618002B, established with university status under Decree 495/1971, of 11 March (BOE of 26 March 1971), based on Camino de Vera, s/n Valencia (Spain) and acting on its behalf the Vice-Chancellor Mr. Francisco José Mora Mas, appointed by Decree 64/2017, of 26 May, of the Consell de la Generalitat (local government of Valencia), and under the powers conferred upon him by Article 53-d of the Statute of the UPV, approved by Decree 182/2011, of 25 November, of the Consell.
