We have entered into an equity distribution agreement, dated October 3, 2017 (the “Equity Distribution Agreement”), with FBR Capital Markets & Co., Sandler O’Neill & Partners, LP and Raymond James & Associates (each of which we refer to as a “Distribution Agent” and collectively which we refer to as the “Distribution Agents”), for the offer and sale from time to time of shares of our common stock having an aggregate offering price of up to $50,000,000.
