THIS AGREEMENT (agreement) is entered into by and between the County of Glenn, through its Health and Human Services Agency Social Services Division ("County”/“HHSA/SSD"), and Glenn County Office of Education (“Contractor/GCOE”), collectively referred to as the “Parties” for the purpose of coordinating Educational Support for Dependent Youth (IV-E Foster Care Administrative Activities).
