This is an application by the Applicant described below under which the Applicant applies for registration as a Guild Solutions Service Provider on the terms and conditions set out in the attached Guild Solutions General Terms and Conditions (GTCs). This application form is not an offer by the Guild and accordingly, the completion and return to us of this application form does not create any legally binding agreement, unless and until we notify you in writing that your application has been accepted and approved by us (see clause 1.2 of the GTCs). Once we notify you in writing that this application has been accepted and approved by us, an “Agreement” is formed between you and us which is made up of this application form and the GTCs (as varied from time to time).
