This Sewage Treatment Agreement (hereafter "Agreement") is made on this day of September, 2023, between the BOROUGH OF KENNETT SQUARE, Chester County, Pennsylvania (hereafter "Borough") and AQUA PENNSYLVANIA WASTEWATER, INC., a Pennsylvania corporation with a business address of 762 W. Lancaster Avenue, Bryn Mawr, PA (hereafter "Aqua"). The Borough and Aqua are collectively referred to herein as "the Parties".
