The following terms and conditions shall apply to all sales agreements between DSM Desotech B.V. (“Seller”) and Buyer (as indicated on the written order confirmation), such sales agreement hereinafter sometimes referred to as the “Agreement”. These terms and conditions shall apply to Seller’s sale to Buyer of the goods described in the Agreement (the “Product(s)”).
