THIS COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT (“AGREEMENT”) is made and entered into this day of , 2024 ("Effective Date"), by and among the CITY OF YORBA LINDA, a municipal corporation ("YORBA LINDA"), the CITY OF ANAHEIM, a municipal corporation ("ANAHEIM"), the CITY OF PLACENTIA, a municipal corporation ("PLACENTIA"), and the CITY OF FULLERTON, a municipal corporation ("FULLERTON"). YORBA LINDA, ANAHEIM, PLACENTIA, and FULLERTON are collectively referred to herein as "CITIES" or individually as “CITY”.
