Motorola Solutions Inc (“MSI”) and (“Buyer”) enter into these Cloud Service Supplier Terms (“Supplier Terms”) that form part of the Call-Off Contract pursuant to the RM1557.13 Framework, where the Buyer will purchase and MSI will sell a subscription to access the G-Cloud Services “Subscription Services”) described below. MSI and Buyer may be referred to individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
