This Interlocal Agreement (“Interlocal Agreement” or “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of the day of , 2016, by and between Manatee County, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, hereinafter referred to as “Manatee County”, and Sarasota County, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, hereinafter referred to as “Sarasota County”. The parties are collectively referred to herein as the “Counties”.
