This Economic Development Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into as of the day of 202 (being the date executed by the Mayor below and the effective date hereof), by and between the City of Colorado Springs, Colorado, a Colorado home rule city and municipal corporation (hereinafter called the “City”) and Project Bullseye (hereinafter called the “Company”), under authority of City Council Resolution No. , dated , 202 (the “Resolution”). The City and the Company are hereinafter sometimes each referred to as a “Party” or collectively referred to as the “Parties.”
