Additionally, no individual may drive an unregistered vehicle identified on this form unless they have signed on this form acknowledging their acceptance of its terms. Accordingly, please complete this form and identify all unregistered vehicles (including watercraft) which will be operated within the subdivision and submit same to the Board (this can be accomplished via email to EMAIL).
