It is hereby agreed that the terms and provisions of this Agree ment shall be binding upon the successors and/or assigns of the Employer. In the event of a change of ownership of the opera tions, the company shall pay off all obligations regarding accumu lated wages, pro rata of earned vacation, or other monetary bene fits due employees under the terms of this Agreement at the time of transfer of ownership.
