This Parkland Conveyance and Development Agreement (“Agreement”) is made by and between the City of Sachse (“City”), a Texas home rule municipality, and Meritage Homes of Texas, LLC (“Meritage”), a Texas limited liability company, and acting by and through their duly authorized representatives. Meritage and City are referred to herein collectively as “the Parties” or individually as “Party.”
