Esri and the City of Livermore previously entered into a Small Enterprise Agreement, Small Public Safety Departments, Esri contract number 00295592.0 expiring February 7th, 2024. Over time, the City has expanded its use and access to Esri software to other, non-public safety departments. Pursuant to this proposal letter, a citywide Esri Small Government Enterprise Agreement will allow the City to scale its deployment of ArcGIS in order to meet the demands of all City departments for a fixed annual fee. The new citywide agreement will supersede the existing Esri contract number 00295592.0. The City will receive a prorated credit towards the new agreement for any unused portion of software for which the City has already paid.
