(“Dominion Energy Virginia”), and FREDERICKSBURG CITY SCHOOL BOARD, a body politic and political subdivision of the Commonwealth of Virginia (the “School Board”). Dominion Energy Virginia and the School Board each may be referred to herein as a “Party”, and collectively as the “Parties.”
