This Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (this “Agreement”) applies to any Confidential Information (as defined below) that you disclose to Unravel Data Systems, Inc. ("Unravel") or that Unravel discloses to you. Before you receive any Confidential Information from Unravel or provide any Confidential Information to Unravel, you must agree to the terms of this Agreement. You will be referred to herein as “you” and each of you and Unravel will be referred to individual as a “Party” or collectively as the “Parties.”
