FLC Seniors Old Spokes Cycling Club (the “Club”) requires, as a condition of membership, that all members sign this Waiver and Indemnity Agreement (“Waiver”) annually. Once signed, this Waiver will replace any waiver previously provided by that member to the Club. Signing this Waiver will act to limit your rights so please read this document carefully before you sign.
