THIS Contract Number for Retirement Plan Administrative and Investment Services for the County of Orange 457 Defined Contribution Plan, the 401(a) Retirement Plan for Executive Management, and the 3121 Extra Help Plan (the “Plans”), hereinafter referred to as (“Contract”) is effective July 1, 2011 by and between the County of Orange, a political subdivision of the State of California, hereinafter referred to as “County” and Great-West Life & Annuity Insurance Company, with a place of business at 8515 East Orchard Road, Greenwood Village, Colorado 80111, hereinafter referred to as “Contractor”, which are sometimes individually referred to as “Party,” or collectively referred to as “Parties.”
