Contract Type FiledApril 1st, 2020In no event shall Broker or the brokerage firm, or their respective agents or employees, be liable to Owner or Buyer for (i) any claims arising out of the COVID-19 Pandemic, (ii) entry into any real property by Owner, Buyer or any other person, including but not limited to, inspectors, contractors, appraisers and other third- parties related to a real estate transaction, or (iii) the availability of any property for showing or inspection. The undersigned Owner or Buyer, as applicable, understands and assumes the risks associated with entering properties and/or allowing others to enter their property during the COVID-19 Pandemic, and hereby releases, waives, discharges, and forever holds Broker and the brokerage firm, and their respective agents and employees, individually and collectively, harmless from and against all claims, damages, losses, and suits arising from or in any way connected with the COVID-19 Pandemic.
