RE: Elevator Service Contract Agreement

This year is final renewal year we have with the current agreement and we have worked with TK Elevator Corporation to develop a new maintenance service agreement that is before you today. Both elevators in our facilities are TK elevators thus making them a proprietary product to this company. Staff contacted the other companies within the Springfield service area (KONE, MEI-Total Elevator Solutions, and Otis Elevator Company) all companies suggested working with the manufacturing company for a service agreement as the manufacturing company would be the best versed, most specifically trained, and best equipped to handle their product. Thus, we have been working with TK Elevator for a new service contract.
