THIS REAL ESTATE SALE AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made as of the day of June, 2024 (the “Effective Date”), by and between CITY OF ANAHEIM, a California municipal corporation and charter city (“City” or “Seller”), and HHC HA TRS, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Purchaser”). Seller and Purchaser are sometimes individually referred to as “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”.
