This EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made and entered into as of the 25th day of March, 2003, by and between Hectór R. Alonso (the “Executive”) and IMPSAT Fiber Networks Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), and is intended to confirm the terms and conditions of the Executive’s employment with the Company. For the purposes of this Agreement, the term “Company” shall include all subsidiaries of the Company.
