PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given to all interested persons that pursuant to their authority as set forth through Section 5/11-12-9 of the Illinois Municipal Code (65 ILCS 5/11-12-9), the Village of Bourbonnais and the Village of Manteno are proposing enter into a boundary line agreement (“Boundary Line Agreement”) to establish a jurisdictional boundary line between their respective entities for the purposes of land use planning, official map purposes, zoning, subdivision control, annexation of property, and other municipal purposes. The boundary line in the proposed Boundary Line Agreement affects properties located in Kankakee County, Illinois.
