This agreement is executed on the registration date shown above, by and between Everest World Class TaeKwonDo, its successors, staff, assigns and those acting under its authority, herein referred to as the Academy, the Buyer, who’s signature is affixed hereto, herein known as the Buyer and each Stu- dent listed above, herein referred to as the Student for the purposes of attending Everest World Class Children’s Spring Break Martial Arts Camp. The Academy reserves the right to revoke this Agreement at any time.
