Please read this Sequence VISA Debit Cardholder Agreement (the “Agreement”) carefully and retain it for your future reference. This Agreement applies to the Sequence VISA Debit Card (singularly or collectively, the “Card”), which has been made available to you by Lance Global Inc dba Sequence (“Program Partner”), the program partner responsible for managing the Card program, in partnership with Thread Bank, a bank chartered under the laws of the State of Tennessee (the “Bank”), a member of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (“FDIC”). The terms and conditions of this Agreement apply to all Cards issued to you by us, all replacement Cards that we may issue to you from time to time at our option, and all transactions resulting from the use of the Card through a point-of-sale (“POS”) device or any other use of the Card, whether electronic or otherwise. Upon receipt of a Card, you must sign the signature panel.
