The undersigned hereby warrants that the manuscript is original and that he/she is the author of this work and is authorized to sign this copyright agreement. To the extent that the article incorporates material from the works of others, the undersigned has obtained any necessary permissions as stated below. The author also represents that this is an original manuscript that has not been published in any form before and will not be submitted for publication anywhere else without the written consent of TLG.
