governing the purchase and use of the ExtendaGO POS software and any modifications made to the software (collectively referred to as the “Software”) provided by Extenda Retail AS, corporate registration no: 954165892 (the “Supplier”) and used by the customer (the “Customer”). The T&Cs are accepted by checking the box “I have read and accepted the terms and conditions” on the Supplier’s website extendago.com and subscribing to the Software.
