This Revenue Share Agreement (this “Agreement”) is effective as of (the “Effective Date”) by and between President and Fellows of Harvard College (“Harvard”) with offices at 1350 Massachusetts Avenue, Smith Campus Center 727, Cambridge, Massachusetts 02138 and , with offices at (“Institution”). Harvard and Institution are each individually herein a ”Party” and collectively, the “Parties”).
