(Engineer), based upon Client’s intention to develop an Unusually Hazardous Transportation Plan for five schools within the Monona Grove School District, in Dane County, Wisconsin (the Project) and Client’s requirement for certain engineering services in connection with the Project (the Services) which Engineer is prepared to provide.
