This End User License Agreement (this “Agreement”) between Instabase, Inc., a Delaware corporation, with its registered address at 3500 South DuPont Hwy., Dover, Delaware 19901 (“Instabase”) and Customer, as defined in the Order Form, is effective as of the last date signed on the Order Form (the “Agreement Effective Date”).
