This Resolution Agreement (Agreement) is submitted by Independent School District No. 47, Sauk Rapids-Rice Public Schools (District) to the U.S. Department of Education, Office for Civil Rights (OCR) to resolve case number 05-11-1003. The District willingly enters into this Agreement to proactively ensure its compliance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (Title VI), 42 U.S.C. § 2000d, and its implementing regulation, 34 C.F.R. Part 100, which prohibit discrimination on the basis of race, color, or national origin, with respect to the allegations raised in the complaint. The District agrees to take the following actions:
