In consideration for GHP's enumerated economic development services, the Township agrees to pay to the GHP, a fee of $6,250 per quarter period upon receipt of Invoice. With each Invoice, GHP shall include an economic development activity report for the Houston region demonstrating that contracted services have been provided for the preceding three-month period, no more than thirty (30) days after each of the following dates: April 1, July 1, October 1 and January 1. Township funds provided to GHP hereunder shall be used only for specific services described in this contract and as may be amended by mutual agreement of both parties. Township funds provided to GHP hereunder shall not be used to support generally any other activities of GHP or to generally support GHP.
