This Interlocal Agreement (ILA) is made and entered into by and between the Regional Transportation Council (RTC), the North Central Texas Council of Governments (NCTCOG), and the City of Weatherford, Texas, (CITY), individually referred to as a “Party” or collectively as “Parties”. The purpose of this ILA is to establish the terms and conditions of the Project hereinafter defined.
