The undersigned hereby agrees to save, keep, and hold harmless Group Publishing, Inc., the Larimer County, Larimer County Parks and Open Lands Department, its officers, agents, and employees from all claims for property damage, personal injury, or wrongful death arising out of, or in connection with Group Publishing’s music video shoots on Friday, July 19. By executing this release, the undersigned acknowledges that he/she is fully aware of, and assumes, all of the risks of injury associated with volunteering. This agreement is specific to the Group Publishing music video being filmed on Horsetooth Reservoir in Fort Collins, CO on Friday, July 19, 2013.
