and between the COUNTY OF SAN MATEO, a political subdivision of the State of California, hereinafter called "County," the CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a municipal corporation of the State of California, hereinafter called “City”, and the REDWOOD CITY SCHOOL DISTRICT, hereinafter called “District”; all of which entities are referred to collectively as the “Parties” for the Redwood City Family Centers.
