This Software License Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made by and between AvePoint, Inc., a Delaware company, with offices at Harborside Financial Center, Plaza 10, Suite 202, 3 Second Street, Jersey City, New Jersey 07311 (“Licensor”), and the company or entity using Licensor’s Licensed Property, as defined below, (“Licensee”).
