(hereinafter “EMAN” or the “ESP”), a Michigan corporation, located at 27704 Franklin Road, Southfield, Michigan 48034 and New Dawn Academy of Warren (the “Academy”), a Michigan public school academy, by and through its Board of Directors (the “Board”).
