This MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING (“AGREEMENT”), made and entered into this XX day of XX 2021, by and between the County of Marin, hereinafter referred to as “COUNTY”, and Drawdown: Marin, a California Public Benefit Corporation, hereinafter referred to as “DRAWDOWN”. COUNTY and DRAWDOWN will sometimes be referred to in this AGREEMENT individually as “PARTY” and collectively as “PARTIES”.
