This Danswer Software Subscription Agreement (this “Agreement”) is entered into between DanswerAI, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Danswer”) and the entity or person placing an order via the applicable Order Form (“Customer” or “you”). An “Order Form” shall mean a mutually signed order form or an online registration page. The “Effective Date” of this Agreement is the date set forth in the applicable Order Form (or if none is provided, the date that Customer first registers for the Software).
