This Aggregate Contract MA-063-23010975 for Children’s School of Origin and Foster Youth Transportation Service hereinafter referred to as “Contract” is made and entered into as of the date fully executed by and between the County of Orange, a political subdivision of the State of California on behalf of Social Services Agency hereinafter referred to as “COUNTY” and HopSkipDrive, Inc., with a place of business at 360 East 2nd Street, Suite 325, Los Angeles, CA 90012, hereinafter referred to as “CONTRACTOR”, with County and Contractor sometimes individually referred to as “Party”, or collectively referred to as “Parties”. This Contract shall be administered by the County of Orange Social Services Agency Director or designee, hereinafter referred to as “ADMINISTRATOR.”
